Donohoe Real Estate Services Welcomes Matt Weber as New Senior Vice President – Capital Markets

Donohoe Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that Matt Weber has joined the company as a Senior Vice President within its growing Capital Markets division. As a key member of the Capital Markets team, Matt will be integral in supporting our clients with their financing and investment sales needs for properties across all asset types.

Matt brings with him over 15 years of industry knowledge and experience, with specialized expertise in acquisitions and development. Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President within Avison Young’s Capital Markets group; during his four-year tenure there, he was responsible for selling or financing over $800 million in multifamily, office, and industrial projects.

“I am extremely excited to join a growing platform whose mission it is to increase the value of their clients’ assets in addition to growing our capital markets business,” said Weber.

Matt is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Maryland, DC, and Virginia as well a as registered Investment Advisor (FINRA).  He received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
