Donohoe Real Estate Services Welcomes Andrew Blair as Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Business Development

Following a successful 39-year career at Colonial Parking, Inc., former President and CEO Andrew Blair enters the commercial real estate sector as the newly appointed Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Business Development at Donohoe Real Estate Services. The announcement comes on the heels of Blair’s decision to leave his role at the DC Metro parking giant in early 2021 to pursue new opportunities and challenges.

In this new role, he intends to build upon his past experiences and successes by fostering exceptional client relationships and producing new business leads, with the goal of facilitating Donohoe’s continued operational excellence.

A seasoned executive, Blair brings with him a depth of specialized knowledge spanning all aspects of business operations and management, including the development and management of strategic accounts. In his previous role, Blair provided pre-development, financial feasibility, due diligence, and operational improvement consulting to Colonial’s current and prospective clients, growing the company from 150 to 300 locations during his tenure as CEO there.
