Miller & Long Offices

Project Overview

This project was a fast-track tenant build-out of approximately 30,000 SF on the 8th & 9th floors for Miller and Long’s corporate offices. Work included selective demolition, restoration of finishes to be re-utilized, extensive executive millwork package and casework, data center with supplemental air conditioning and pre-action fire suppression system, and new finishes throughout.
