Confidential Client, 5th Floor renovation

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Complete demolition and renovation of the 60,000 SF 5th floor for a repeat client and full building tenant. The work includes new office and open space areas, demountable glass partitions, bathrooms, pantries and elevator lobbies. The project was completed in multipole phases to allow portions of the space to remain occupied during construction, including a temporary finished pathway to connect an elevator lobby to an adjacent building for tenant use. Extensive mechanical and electrical commissioning were accomplished on this LEED Platinum and Well certified project.
