Wagner Senior Residences Tops Out

The project team working on the Wagner Senior Residences in Washington, DC recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after the building reached its maximum height of 5 stories. Developed by Miller and designed by Torti Gallas and Partners, this all-affordable 67-unit senior housing development will total over 54,000 SF. The completed building will feature 6 studio apartments, 58 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom apartments. Common-area amenities will include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor resident lounges as well as an outdoor terrace.

The project is expected to reach completion in the Spring of 2027.
