J Luna at Ballston Reaches Completion

Donohoe Construction has achieved substantial completion of the J Luna at Ballston project located in Arlington, Virginia. The building was developed by Jefferson Apartment Group and designed by KGD Architecture.

This project is a mid-rise multifamily development with 2 levels of below-grade parking. The 7-story wood frame structure features 98 units totaling over 108,565 square feet with resident lounge spaces. Amenities include a gym, business lounge, pet spa, fire pits, and grill area.
