Yvonne Baker is Vice President of Asset Management of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. Yvonne is a strategic leader, directing the performance of the company’s investment portfolio in collaboration with Donohoe’s real estate and hospitality teams. She is responsible for creating and implementing the asset management function, overseeing the real estate from a strategic business perspective, and ensuring that the goals and objectives of each investment are established and executed.

Yvonne joined Donohoe in 2021 with over ten years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management at KBS Realty Advisors. She has provided expert analysis, direction, and oversight of its diverse portfolio of properties through the asset life cycle, monitoring performance and maximizing revenues.
