Wayne has almost 40 years of construction experience. As General Superintendent, he participates in the planning, scheduling, and execution of the work on all projects. He evaluates best practices and brings consistency to DCC field operations while coordinating with the Quality Control and Safety Programs. In addition, Wayne serves as a mentor for new employees and other superintendents.
