Timothy Taylor serves as President of Borger Residential, leading Donohoe’s multifamily residential management division. In this key role, he provides strategic leadership and oversees the operations of over 100 multifamily properties across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

With more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, Tim has been instrumental in shaping Borger’s residential management operations since he joined the company in 2000. Tim began his journey at Borger as the community manager for The Envoy apartments and was promoted to Vice President in 2009. He has held several pivotal positions, including Divisional Vice President, before stepping into his current role as President in 2024.
