Bert is responsible for overseeing brokerage and acquisition services in the Washington, DC market. Bert joined Donohoe as a property manager in 1983. He has represented a diverse group of landlords and tenants in hundreds of lease and investment transactions over the past thirty years involving office, retail, and warehouse space. Bert has significant additional expertise with GSA, medical and restaurant transactions. Bert has won the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association (CREBA) Million Dollar Leasing Award on 20 occasions and is a life member.
