Bob Donohoe

In the role of Chief Investment Officer, Bob Donohoe holds the responsibility of establishing and implementing Donohoe’s strategic investment plans. He oversees the acquisition, disposition, financing, and asset management activities for the company’s extensive $2 billion real estate investment portfolio.

Bob has previously served in various capacities at Donohoe, including project management, development, and capital markets. Before joining Donohoe in 2005, Bob gained valuable expertise during his tenure at Beacon Capital Partners in Boston. He played a crucial role in managing office property transactions worth $1 billion for their opportunity fund. Before that, Bob held positions at Transwestern Commercial Services in New York, providing portfolio advisory services to real estate companies. He also contributed his skills at Berkshire Mortgage Finance in Bethesda, where he successfully underwrote and closed approximately $750 million in commercial mortgages.
