Mo oversees all of the company’s technology needs, utilizing his expertise in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), project management, IT controls and operations, and process re-engineering. He leads technical projects in alignment with organizational goals and directs the effective delivery of enterprise architecture, development, ERP systems, and small to large scale system implementations.
Mo began with the company in 1992 as a senior programmer/analyst working on various custom applications for the Complete Building Services and Donohoe Real Estate Services divisions, including JD Edwards applications, maintenance, and upgrades. He was promoted to programming director where he oversaw all software changes, upgrades, and enhancement for Oracle/JD Edwards software and custom applications for the company. Before being promoted to vice president, Mo served as the assistant vice president and I.T. director for the company where he was responsible for management, strategy, and execution of I.T. infrastructure for all divisions of Donohoe.
