Maurian Dubinsky joined The Donohoe Companies’ board in 2018, bringing a unique perspective as a former elementary school teacher and current small business owner with a background in education, human development, organizational leadership, and change management.

Early in her career, Maurian gained practical experience in advising companies on workplace culture and process efficiency initiatives during her tenure at the Corporate Executive Board. Her role involved providing valuable guidance to organizations in these areas, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of how to structure effective and inspiring work environments.

Having dedicated numerous years to apprenticing for MJ Designs, Maurian gained hands-on experience in completing home renovations and client design projects, laying a solid foundation for her career. Now a highly skilled professional, she operates Interiors by Mauri as a solo interior designer, offering specialized expertise in full-service design and e-Design. Her small business showcases her talent and passion for delivering tailored design solutions.
