Kevin Donohoe is an accomplished real estate and finance professional who has contributed to The Donohoe Companies’ growth and development as a board member since 2014.

Kevin Donohoe’s multi-faceted real estate career began with various roles within Donohoe from 1971 to 1976, including property management, commercial sales and leasing, and project financing. He then moved to the position of Vice President, Real Estate for the Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company, followed by his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Metropolitan Development Corporation.

In 1983, Kevin established The Kevin F. Donohoe Company, Inc., an organization dedicated to the development and investment in upscale, premium office and retail properties. The company focused on creating exceptional office buildings and regional shopping malls across the Eastern United States. Mr. Donohoe sold the majority of his property portfolio in 2007 and early 2008 and retired in 2010.

Mr. Donohoe has demonstrated his leadership in service to several esteemed organizations. He is a former adjunct faculty member of the Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania, where he taught the real estate development course. He has held board leadership roles with several Philadelphia-area community organizations, including the Pennsylvania Academy of Arts, The Franklin Institute, The Free Library of Philadelphia, Lower Merion Police Pension Association, and Main Line YMCA.
