Evan Weisman

President

Evan J. Weisman is the President of Donohoe Development Company, guiding division’s strategic direction and business development efforts while managing its development team and daily operations, including several major ongoing development projects.

Evan has spearheaded the successful development, redevelopment, renovation, and interior improvement of millions of square feet in diverse public and private projects. From office spaces and retail centers to hotels and mixed-use developments, Evan’s expertise spans a wide range of property types, demonstrating his proficiency in strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Donohoe in 2018, Evan served as Senior Development Manager for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), where he excelled in managing new developments and repositioning projects. He has also served as Director of Development for First Potomac Realty Trust, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of all major renovation and new development projects across the REIT’s portfolio. Evan began his career as a Development Manager for DRI Development (Transwestern), a leading private developer in the DC region.
