Evan Weisman is the President of Donohoe Development Company, where he leads business development initiatives while overseeing the development team and day-to-day operations of the division, encompassing five major projects currently under development.

Evan has spearheaded the successful development, redevelopment, renovation, and interior improvement of millions of square feet in diverse public and private projects. From office spaces and retail centers to hotels and mixed-use developments, Evan’s expertise spans a wide range of property types, demonstrating his proficiency in strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Donohoe in 2018, Evan served as Senior Development Manager for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), where he excelled in managing new developments and repositioning ventures. Evan also served as Director of Development for First Potomac Realty Trust, responsible for the planning, design, and construction of all major renovation and new development projects throughout the REIT’s portfolio. Evan’s journey in the industry began as a Development Manager for DRI Development (Transwestern), a leading private developer in the DC region, where he laid the foundation for his career.
