Eric John leads a team that administers leases for the entire company portfolio, which currently includes approximately 1,100 leases for office, retail, medical, industrial, antenna, residential and GSA spaces totaling over 11.5M SF. Eric joined Donohoe in 2010 and has over twenty years of experience in lease administration. Prior to joining Donohoe, he served as the Manager of Lease Administration at Hagner Management/Woodmark (now J Street Companies).
