Bob Donohoe
As President of Donohoe Development Company, Bob Donohoe guides the division’s strategic direction and business development efforts while managing its development team and daily operations, including several major ongoing development projects.
Bob is also responsible for establishing and implementing Donohoe’s strategic investment plans as Donohoe’s Chief Investment Officer. He oversees the acquisition, disposition, financing, and asset management activities for the company’s extensive $2 billion real estate investment portfolio.
Bob has served in various capacities at Donohoe, including project management, development, and capital markets. Before joining Donohoe in 2005, Bob gained valuable expertise during his tenure at Beacon Capital Partners in Boston. He played a crucial role in managing office property transactions worth $1 billion for their opportunity fund. Before that, Bob held positions at Transwestern Commercial Services in New York, providing portfolio advisory services to real estate companies. He also contributed his skills at Berkshire Mortgage Finance in Bethesda, where he successfully underwrote and closed approximately $750 million in commercial mortgages.
