As Vice President/General Manager of the Building Enhancements Division, Mr. Short is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business unit. His responsibilities also include oversight of the Preconstruction & Estimating Team and leading the business development strategies in pursuit of new work. His background in Project Management and Director of Estimating provides unique insight in developing execution strategies for new opportunities.
