Donohoe Real Estate Services is pleased to be working in conjunction with Stoladi Property Group on two new leasing assignments at 800 Connecticut Avenue, NW and 1717 H Street, NW.

800 Connecticut sits just north of the White House and boasts some of the most extraordinary views in the District. The 12-story, 127,000 SF Trophy Building is just a short walk from the Farragut West Metro station, surrounded by several private and public sector headquarters (World Bank, Chamber of Commerce, Metropolitan Club), upscale hotels, and fine dining options.

Situated just a few blocks west, 1717 H Street features an ideal mix of conference space, private offices, and open work areas.  The 11-story, 351,000 SF office building offers large, contiguous spaces, including multiple full-floor opportunities.

Donohoe Real Estate Services’ Bert Donohoe, Don Konz, Bob Hines, and Ethan Abrams will be partnering with Jim Stokes of Stoladi Property Group to lease the pair of Northwest DC office buildings.

“We are thrilled to include these well-located DC assets in our portfolio and look forward to partnering with Stoladi Property Group to create additional value for ownership,” said Bert Donohoe, Executive Vice President & Washington DC Market Leader.

“We are excited to finally work together with the Donohoe leasing team who share a rich history of hard work and unbridled dedication to the collective mission of making the tenancy experience at these iconic assets one that only the discerning deserve, and where value connects with expectations” said Jim Stokes, President and Founder of Stoladi Property Group.
