Jim Falcone Promoted to Senior Vice President and Division Leader of Property Management at Donohoe Real Estate Services

Donohoe Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Falcone to Senior Vice President and Division Leader of Property Management. In this new role, Mr. Falcone will oversee all aspects of property management. He will continue to work closely with all members of the team to ensure that we achieve our clients’ investment objectives. He has a proven track record of performance, based in part on his strong client and tenant relationships. He will continue to develop our best practices for operational excellence.

Mr. Falcone joined Donohoe in 2008 and previously served as a Vice President. He has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has accumulated a diverse portfolio, including both Class A & B office spaces, as well as healthcare, industrial, retail, residential, and mixed-use properties. Over the past few years, Mr. Falcone has played a vital role in spearheading new business development for the Property Management division.
