DRES Completes Early Lease Renewal

On behalf of the landlord, Donohoe Real Estate Services renewed National Tire & Battery in 17,000 square feet at the Sunnyside Industrial Park.  The transaction is noteworthy in a difficult market where quality tenants are vigorously courted by competing property owners and maintains the Park’s 100% occupancy.  This transaction was completed directly and highlights DRES’ emphasis on developing impactful relationships with existing tenants and diligence when leasing and managing properties.
