Yvonne Baker Joins The Donohoe Companies as Vice President of Asset Management

The Donohoe Companies, Inc. announced that Yvonne Baker has joined the company as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Yvonne will be a key member of Donohoe’s investments team, assuming responsibility for leading the asset management function for the portfolio. She will be overseeing the real estate from a strategic business perspective and ensuring that the goals and objectives of each investment are established and executed.

“We are thrilled that Yvonne has joined our team,” said Bob Donohoe, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. “She brings extensive experience working with property accounting, leasing, and construction to create value in all facets of an asset lifecycle.”

Yvonne joins Donohoe with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management. She dedicated eleven years as an investment associate at KBS Realty Advisors, where she was instrumental in facilitating the management of its diverse national portfolio. Yvonne is also an active member and contributor of NAIOP, CREW DC/VA Chapter, ULI Washington, and CREBA.
