Gallery Bethesda II Opens Its Doors to Residents


Gallery Bethesda II luxury apartments at 4850 Rugby Avenue received its Certificate of Occupancy, marking the next step in the revitalization of Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle neighborhood. Gallery Bethesda II opens adjacent to a sister property, Gallery Bethesda, a luxury high-rise apartment building at 4800 Auburn Avenue that opened in 2014. The two buildings feature “Gallery Lane”, a unique pedestrian way featuring over 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurants, café seating, landscaped green space, catenary lighting and LED illuminated local art sculptures. Together the projects invigorate neighborhood activities, inviting the public through an urban plaza that doubles as a pedestrian street.

Gallery Bethesda II includes 219 studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom den units and three levels of below grade parking. Designed by WDG Architects to achieve LEED Gold, the 100% smoke free residences feature a rooftop pool and outdoor lounge/kitchen, indoor sky lounge with spectacular views and a sports-club style fitness center.
