2200 C Street

Project Overview

This project at 2200 C Street NW involved a 30,853 SF buildout out in a highly secured facility. The project was phased – half of the project was executed while the other half was occupied and vice versa. Scope of work included an open office environment with systems furniture workstations, interactive conference rooms and meeting spaces supporting digital conferencing capabilities, glass demountable partitions, employee lounge/cafe area with millwork upgrades, communal table, casework, and high end appliances. The team area included a video wall consisting of seamless planar TV monitors and employee seating area. LED lighting with dimming and light harvesting capabilities were also installed throughout the entire space. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
