Residence Inn Arlington Courthouse completes Arlington’s Courthouse Plaza complex of office, residential, theaters and retail.  Donohoe negotiated Easement modifications and construction rights to allow construction adjacent to Metro’s Orange Line tunnel. The 176-suite hotel brings meeting facilities, a FireWorks pizza restaurant, café seating and additional retail to the Courthouse area.  Guest amenities include a pool, fitness center, laundry facility, business center, hearth room, and an outdoor plaza. The new plaza includes an impressive granite sculpture and fountain by National Medal of Arts recipient Jesus Morales.
