Jad directly oversees all aspects of a portfolio of over $375,000,000 in future development. Jad is responsible for leading new development projects, public-private initiatives, and identifying new development opportunities, including residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects. An eighth-generation Washingtonian and a fifth-generation Donohoe employee, Jad has worked at Donohoe since 2006.
