As Vice President, Neal is charged with the responsibility of overseeing and supporting to the Preconstruction and Estimating team of New Construction. He has over 20 years of construction industry experience, during which he has successfully managed several key multifamily, hospitality, and higher education projects. Neal graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in business finance.
